DIGITALLY PRINTED, HEAT TRANSFER HALLOWEEN TATTOOS!

Halloween Tattoos. That are Temporary!

My inner biker wanabe is still sporting the blood red heart with wings and a snake on the side of my neck that I applied 2 days ago in anticipation of my favorite holiday! Despite hot yoga, working out, swimming in salt water and several showers, it's still looking pretty great the day after Halloween! And I know this also because of the many unsolicited comments and stares I've received. Love these temporary tats! And the papers and Transfer-Direct.com digital heat transfer system that prints them!

Here are the steps to create your own digitally printed tats to apply or sell in big quantities:
  • Identify the computer-generated design you want to use
  • Using Transfer-Direct temporary tattoo paper, print your selected design in multiples per sheet.
  • Apply the adhesive coated sheet directly onto the surface of your print.
  • Cut out the design, trimming close to the edge.
  • Peel the clear coating off the design (the adhesive will remain on the tattoo).
  • Position the tattoo, face down, on the area of the body you would like it to adhere to. Apply a wet washcloth for 15 seconds and remove.
  • Peel the paper carrier away and VIOLA'! You now have a temporary tattoo that you can subtly or overtly showcase that will last 2 - 3 days.

We all want more t-shirts, but opportunity awaits with the use of the versatile heat transfer printing process. This is verified by Printwear Magazine in a September 2009 issue on how-to "Grow your Business with Non-Wearables".
And it validates our excitement in the newest generation of heat transfer systems that allow pretty much flawless printing on hard surfaces: ceramic, glass, wood, acrylic, stone, mirrors, magnets and more.
With use of some specialty transfer paper (totally recyclable), you can customize in large and small formats using clip art images, a customer's own photo or artwork. Color tones are endless. Prints can mimic etched glass, be inserted in frames on trophies or awards. Both ink jet or laser printers work great. The possibilities for mixed media projects and overall usage are endless.
We are more certain than ever that the Transfer-Direct.com heat transfer printing system can solve many problems and along the way, create contented, long-term customers.

Vince DiCecco wrote in Printwear (August 2009) that according to an article in USA Today, the recession will finally end in September. We're going to believe it; we so need to believe in this positive news. Don't all of us? As he says, since screen printers didn't have to weather the losses by housing, banking and car industries, the industry can rebound. We remain convinced of this, the evolving technology, the perseverance of creative people. Will you concur? http://www.transfer-direct.com/
